Annual HOA Member Meeting
March 21, 2020 - 7:00 to 9:00 PM
The fire station is now shut down to any outside meetings so we are taking the entire meeting to a conference call. If you would like to listen in and/or provide feedback please call 862-234-3970 you will then be prompted for a pass code which is 18970895#. I would recommend calling in about 2 or 3 minutes early so that we can start at 7.
If you are unable to attend, but would like to vote by proxy then we are more than willing to pick up your vote. If you are planning to do so then please let us know through a Facebook post or through email and provide your address. Also, please have all proxy votes taped to your front door by 6pm on Saturday (3/21/20).
